Good to hear that all turned out OK.

The front sway bar mounts are a mongrel, and I usually do them when the radiator is OUT. Still not easy, but much more access.

The 6cyl is easier than the V12 due to NO oil cooler in the way, but still not a nice job.

I ALWAYS use poly on the mounts, and rubber on the links. I found the poly on the links toooooo harsh , and some times the link pins broke at the thread end. Poly for the mounts (if greased correctly) will last a very long time, and are NOT affected by oil/coolant/etc.

However, it is your car, so do what you want.

Default Rear trailing arms

To release the big end use a 5 pound hammer and a big punch, place the punch between the arm and the body and hit it hard, the arm will pop off.

Burn out the rubber on both ends. Slit the metal ring with hacksaw and punch out. Take new bearings and arms to a machine shop with a press and have them press in the bearings.

Many arms are badly rusted, if yours are rusted just replace the whle aasembly.

Recommendations for parts sources in the US vs. UK? Might save a bit on the exchange rate and shipping.
Thanks.
