Default Screen Washer leak

1989 xj6. When I add water to the screen washer, it promptly leaks out at the bottom. The bottle does not look easy to remove. It appears that I may have to remove the Power hydraulic system fluid reservoir to gain access to the screen washer reservoir. Can anyone confirm and/or help me?

If you have an XJ6, then it will be the XJ40 series of cars, so you will get better response in that forum. I know it says 1968-1992 on the title, but that is to cover the V12 engined cars which carried on to 1992, but the sixes ended in 1986. Your 1989 XJ6 (assuming that is what you have), has a completely different engine, and, (of course) screen wash reservoir.
