I seem to recall there being talk of people attempting to collect high resolution scans of some of the labels and stickers.

I don't see why you couldn't simply print this out on some high quality paper and apply a gentle adhesive or use some of that special sticker paper in order to replace one which like mine has fallen off due to age.

the original was transparent with yellow lettering, mine started to come off and I pulled it and saved it.

Dave,
one thing is for sure, those stickers went to France, Germany, Spain/Spanish America, and Italy, not to mention England, Canada, Australia, and South Africa.

there are plenty to go around!

I'll just print my own using your image of the sticker.

that's the one I removed from my 1984. The "paper" is a transparent cellophane with a sticky back. The glue dried out and it started to peel off so I just removed it.

I would just order the repro form the UK.

The lower one in your photo, the one missing the hyphen/dash in the Italian line, is the later one and it was used right up to the end of 1992 on the V12. I had these reproduced years ago and I might have a few left.

to Jose:. These labels were on a white background; they were not just clear transfers but they must have been a combination of printed paper and a clear sheet on top.

I am writing here so as not to create a new thread. Is it possible to get a photo with the location of the stickers on the inside of the hood? those that are glued to the hood itself. I would really appreciate it. By the way, do they differ for 12 and 6 cylinder models?

I can get a photo but mine is a 6 cylinder, I have no clue about the stickers on a 12.

Gregory and Doug would know since they have 12 cylinder cars.

Also I think the stickers applied would depend on the Build Date of the car? (whether they had emissions equipment or not).

If they are the same on a 1984 6 cylinder car, (1983 Build), I can get you a pic.

Any idea where your friend got the set of V12 stickers from? I would love a set for my 1985 XJ6.
