Well it seams to be fixed now. The fuel pump that I put on was almost twice the size of the one the P.O. bought. I finally talked to him (p.o.)yesterday and he said he bought the cheapest he could find online. so I tossed it, I don't want to deal with this again. got the vacuum advance changed out and it seems fixed.
Good thing, I have to go work out of town tomorrow and I am very thankful to all of you for putting up with my frustrations and keeping my mind on track. to everyone that helped me, please give your self a pat on the back and a cold beer(or whatever). Props to you all!!! I'm going to thoroughly enjoy a few glasses of Pinot Grigio now.
