A lot of the work will be done tomorrow, meanwhile am so confused and tryna figure where to fix these wires please.

The S57 wiring schematics are your best and only reasonable way to sort out that birds nest, Mike.

I'm pretty sure you can. Here is an example of the wiring in the area you're working.
