Tires
I have a 1990 XJS V-12 Convertible that needs new tires . Stock tires were Pirelli P600 , 235/60/15 with a W speed rating . These are obsolete and no one ( that I can find ) else makes anything with that speed rating . The only tires I can find are BFG's & Coopers which have a much lower speed rating . Has anyone tried these and how do they handle .
Thank You , Stewart .

I've used the BFG 235/60x15 in the past and have no complaint.
BFG makes this size only the their basic "TA Radial" design. It really isn't a performance oriented tire but it's good quality, quiet, etc. The casing isn't as stiff as you'd find in a higher rated tire so the steering does lose some sharpness. If you're a gentle driver you might not even notice.
Cheers
