Wiper relay location

On a Series 3 XJ6, is the wiper relay up behind the fuses under the passenger side dash?
having issues with mine...

I do not have that guide Doug.
Where should I be looking for that?

on my '84 xj6 the wiper delay relay is under the drivers side dash next to the main fuse box.
