Hey Tom
Thank you for the email. Its a 1977 XJ12 Coupe 2 Door. It also is completly running on Gas(LPG). My Grandfather had his gas conversions ticket so changed it all over as it caught on fire in the 80's whilst he was driving down st Georges Terace in Perth when he hit the sitch to change petrol tanks over( thats the story he has told me
)
I will take some pics of her and send through. At the moment the interior is SCARY!! lots and lots of Wires.
Can I ask a question as you seem to know about the wiring, my grandfather today said he wanted to cut all the "extra"wires, my issue is surley there isnt "extra"wires. he said the wiring harness is for all models of that car so some have different accessories so the wires wont be needed. I thought that if the wires are there we probalby have to join them to something.
With his parkinsons he can get a bit muddled in his brain. He had said to me when I asked what two plugs were for that they were spare, I then realiesed that the plug had another plug that is for the Air con Systeme so he was not wanting to use them as they were just "spares".
I hope you can help.
Cheers

Hi Im interested in a Diagram for the 420G please
I recently started a web page for my jagschemes wiring schematics> www.jaguar-wiring-schematics.info
I've updated many files and have collected a few more, all are listed on the site, also available for free is a tech info page, pdf files to download covering subjects such as SU carbs - tech info on oils - wiper motor mod - Vin decoder - paint codes & more.
Order your schematic/s via the new website....Thanks........Tom

Your schematics are top notch Tom, I think I got mine in 2012 when you first started. Very nice and much easier to read than in the factory manual. Been a while since I've needed mine though, idk if I can find them. I may have to repurchase, been through a few computers since then.
