I don't know, but this company manufactures steering racks for European and Asian cars I am glad to know.

Send them an email if you need a new rack & pinion.

I poked around web site and don't see a way to look up old vintage cars. Why do you say they would have a rack for 40 yr old Jags?

Interesting link. My first thought is not to trust the quality of components coming directly from a Chinese distributor but there really is no reasonably prices source of racks for our cars in the US.
