XJ12 fuel leak
Hello all!
My 73 xj12 sedan with carbs is leaking fuel at the canister up under the drivers side fender well.
I don't know what that canister is, why theres a fuel line going to it, or how to fix it.
Please help!!

remove the charcoal cannister, allow it to dry, re-install it. If no luck, try one from a XJ-6, can't be that different. No liquid fuel line goes to it, only a fuel vapor line.
post a picture of it to identify it.

could be a fuel tank changeover valve problem
Read this thread which explains the issue

fuel can get routed to the charcoal cannister (which normally just vents the fuel tank air/smell) due to tank overflow
