XJ12C: Door sealing profiles

Hi
I have to replace the steel C-profile holding door gasket on my XJ12C, see picture.
Does anybody know if this profile is possible to buy somewhere? Maybe it is some kind of standard that can be bought in lengths?

The only place I have seen it advertised is here:

….but website says out of stock at present
