XJ6 Differential

Alright, I am restoring a 1973 XJ6 and want to place a LSD in the rear. I know that most XJS' have similar components and was wondering if the I could use the DANA LSD from a 1986 XJS. The XJS is 2.88 and the XJ6 is 3.54 gearing. I'm looking for a relatively simple swap that isn't going to be too expensive. If you guys have any suggestions or information let me know. Its a Series I XJ6 obviously. Ideally I would just take the rear end of an XJ12 but that isn't an option as of now.
Don't take mine as the final word. I'm thinking the Dana will bolt in but I think you'll need to get the brake rotors that go along with it.
As far as I know USA Ser I cars had the 3.31 diff.
Cheers
