Nice!

What % tint is that? I've considered getting a light tint to reduce the interior temps in the summer, but wasn't sure I'd like it.

Where did those rims come from? They really make the car look "newer" versus the Kent style rims.

the rims came off of a 1999 xk8 that i used to own.....i had the xk8 while i was doing my 1st xj6 project. i was just looking at the wheels one day and decided to take them off the xk8 and put them on the j6, and i loved the look. so i did it to all three of my other project j6's i did!...r

A seriously nice car.

Did you have any problems with the wider wheels hitting anything ?

Looks like I will be hunting for some xk8 rims.

Post some interior pics if you have them. Obviously you did some work to the seats based on the "before" pictures. I also like the look with the rub rails taken off. Was thinking about doing that to my car as well.

If anyone is interested, here is a neat site that allows you to search craigslist in multiple cities/areas simultaneously.

Really nice work, both look great.

Now my question is, why, is this a hobby, business or are you just a certified car nut?

Whatever the answer, I wish you were around the corner, my XJ40 needs you!
