All heaps of fun aside, it appears (the clip is too short to confirm) that that's not a Jaguar...at least as far as what's pushing it down the road is concerned.

True, you could tell because it was passing cars.

What that clip is all about is called a "Time Trial". I've run them myself at Lime Rock in my SCCA spec'd TR4 when I wore a younger man's clothes. It's not a race. People run their cars there just to have fun, usually with their street cars. Nobody wants to crash their street car. So there's a lot of backing down when a fast approaching car is behind them. I'm not saying that there isn't head to head competition as the adrenaline macho-ism goes up! And it's all great fun BTW.
