16CU computer needs repair?

Latest update, it starts and runs. Changed the ECM and it fired right up. The good thing is I did get a lot of connectors cleaned up and wiring checked but in the end it was the ECM.
I got the replacement thru ebay, came from an outfit called Yevco.
