got the blowers working, they're fine, but defaulting to defrost and floor. any ideas what might be out as far as vacuum lines controlling the diverter? also, not sure if a/c works, next step is for me to vacuum out the system, see if it holds the vacuum.

 

Check for vacuum leaks first. I can usually find a few in short order.
