My '94 XJS 4.0 automatic has developed a clicking noise behind the right bolster that occurs whenever the brake pedal is depressed. It also occurs at random times while driving. it is accompanied by an immediate deflection in the voltmeter downward suggesting a major draw. I rather suspect an issue in the ABS system since the ABS relay is right behind that bolster.
Has anyone else had such a problem and found a solution ?
Not allied to the above issue, my radio has elected to stop working. Both fuses are good but the radio doesn't light up or deploy the antenna. Is there an inline fuse behind or inside the radio ? Any help or guidance will be most appreciated.
