I'm trying to buy the blue plastic sliding bushing that the passenger window lifting arm attaches to. The lifting arm presses into the bushing and is held in with a retaining clip. The plastic on mine has deteriorated to the point it will not retain the ball on the lifting arm (see attached photo). Anyone know a source for these?
Thanks,
Andy
Great response! Thanks for the information. Hard to believe but I was not familiar with Terry's.
Since I've gotten lucky so far, does anyone have the part number for the clips that secure the sun visors? They're the small molded plastic pieces that screw into the frame and keep the visors from drooping.
The Forum pointed me to a source for a 1996 XJS window bushing back in 2014 (see above posts). I'm looking for another one, this time for a 1994 XJS. I ordered one that was purportedly for the 1994 but even when I ground it down it would not work. The problem is that the bushings for the two years are different or my car had the window regulator added aftermarket. This model has a round bushing (see photos). Does anyone know a source for this round bushing?
