Can someone tell me where the AC vaccum reservoir is located on a 96 XJS and how to access it?

My car is an '85 with a earlier aircon system. If the later cars are the same in this respect then:
Look in the engine bay at the point where, if the car was a RHD model, the pedal box and brake stuff would be. You will find a plate there covering the hole that would have been used to fix the pedal box. You may even see a vac line or two disappearing into this plate. Unbolt it and there is the vac reservoir.
