Every XJS out there needs those things done every few years anyway, so why avoid one that is in perfect cosmetic condition.

Cosmetics are waaaaay more expensive to fix than a hose kit, and fluid change.

I'm never said avoid a low mileage car just because it needs new fluids and hoses. I'm one of those people that values superb cosmetics and I'd pay a premium for them. However, the buyer should know and figure into his budget that the hoses, gaskets/seals, tires, and fluids should all be replaced. He should not simply take the sellers word that the car doesn't need anything just because of its low mileage.
