90 xjs v12. Injectors not firing

been gone awhile. Took a break from jag as wasn't getting anywhere. Cars has sat for 5 years but ran fine until head gasket went. Finished top end now won't start. I'm thinking hooked something wrong but checks out. Runs off bottle so dist system fine. Changed out cps and speed sensor. No O scope but ohms fluctuate during cranking at ecu. No tach signal..Did pin to pin of dreaded white wire from point 18 to 24 on ecus. Was good. Have 4 points of 12v to power resistor. Not sure how to test power resistor but did ohm accross each of the 4 circuits. Showed .006 ohms. Anyone know minimum sensors needed to fire injectors and how to test power resistor. Any ideas will be appreciated. Have fuel to rail.

When you say it "Runs of bottle" do you mean it runs on starting fluid? Or something else?
If that is what you mean, is there fuel in the tank? Is it fresh? Does the fuel pump run? If you turn the ignition on and then open the throttle all the way, do the injectors click?

Using noid light in injector, light should be off unless cranking- 12v would be normal on both sides of injector plug if the rest are plugged in. If no flashing when cranking, almost has to be something wrong with the coax. I am not familiar with the Marelli ignition, but there has to be a coax from ignition amp to ECU.
