93 Air Filter replacement
The V12 is very easy to replace air filters .
Not sure about the 6 cylinder engine, helps if you can be more specific about engine in your model XJS

Yes, the AJ6 / AJ16 is a bit of a pain. I (carefully) undo the butterfly nuts on the inner wing. Be careful, it's easy to rip out the rubber mounts! I also remove the air intake trumpet on the top rad valance - that can be a pain in itself. It's then much easier to remove the joint to the MAF and remove the canister.
