I just replaced my filter with a K&N it wasn't a direct swap so I had to make a slight modification to the filter and I thought I would putup some pics and let every know how I did it. I used a RU-1785 K&N filter, I drilled a hole in the top of the filter so the stud in the air canister would fit through and voila. Oh as you can see in the last picture I had to bend the inner bar a little bit so the filter would seal up at the bottom, not the best way but the filter came up just a bit short.

I used a filter from a Saab. Fit perfect but I had to make a custom end cap.
