Default AC Blower MOTOR vacuum not working

Good morning guys, maybe someone has previous experience with not working AC Blower MOTOR vacuum?
Motor itself is working, spinning, but vacuum solenoid is not working, thus not opening/closing "doors";

Is there any chance to find this solenoid somewhere new? Tried google, ebay. - but 350 EUR for used one without warranty - sounds incorrect;

Are you sure it is the vac solenoid and not the lack of a vac source in the pipe?

Yes, i'm sure, if you blow/brief air via it - it goes directly - if you try with working one - its not possible - simple easy try

I had this problem several years ago. The diaphram on the drivers side blower vacuum actuator went. I sourced a generic one from the internet somewhere and adapted it. I can't recall where, it was a while ago. I had a quick look and the actuators used for turbo wastegates look very similar and are not very expensive (30-40 euro). Might be worth a try. You'll have to remove the blower though. That job can be done but it's a right pita. When putting it back in you have to hold the door on the blower box closed.

What Paddy means is that the bottom door on the blower has to be jammed OPEN, repeat OPEN (I use a piece of wood) as doing this shuts the TOP door into the outside of the scuttle. This TOP door is the one that MUST be held closed!

Thanks, got this. I'm currently in a position where im taking out Heater Box in order to change AC Evap and Heater Matrix, thus using an opportunity to check all other components. Taking out Dash was 2 hours job, but that was the easiest part...

Nevertheless, i still cannot find nothing similar to this vacuum actuator neither new or used one

I think these are the kind of thing that you're looking for. They won't be an exact fit but if you get a bit more information about size etc you should be able to find something that you can use with a bit of modification to the arm. I remember that I couldn't find the original actuator/part number after lots and lots of searching;

This is an example of what's on Amazon;

Amazon Amazon

And a quite a few on ebay;

The part number you need is JLM1179 I think. Here is a used one in the USA;
