Aftermarket FRP?
My fuel pressure regulators keep crapping out, does anyone here have experience fitting a quality aftermarket adjustable one to OEM fuel rail system? I know why the cars have two but....45 years later I think I can do better with the right part.
Delete the RH more trouble than it cured.
The LH is the actual Regulator, and there are heaps of aftermarket out there, with and without a site gauge. ALL are adjustable, so you will need to set the base pressure (instructions should be in the packaging), I used 32psi on mine, vac connected and at idle. Each engine is different, so with these things you can at least ":trim" the pressure to suit.
Go for a known brand, and you should be fine.
Conversely, I have replaced the OE (LH only) with Bosch branded units, and no issues.
NO, the RH and LH are NOT the same unit.
