To anyone who has been ripped off by Brian Welker (FasterJags/V12Performance, and now 'One Stop Source for Jaguars')

I am in contact with someone in Dallas who is willing to go file a complaint with the sheriff/police and have them hopefully pay a visit to Brian.

Apparently this has prodded Brian to either ship or refund in the past. I would like to see if it happen again. Doesn't look like Paypal is going to refund my $$, so this is the next step.

So, I would love to hear from anyone (in this post or PM) who has lost money to Brian the following information:

Name
Date
Order #
$ Amount
Items ordered
USPS 'shipping number' (usually a notice to ship)

I will aggregate this information into a letter to the police.

Well done, I wish you luck. I was taken by this punk and with the help of Paypal was fortunate to have received a refund.....but it wasn't easy.

Surprise, surprise. Paypal came through.

I had a voicemail from Brian. Stumbling BS about computer crashing, losing records, thinking he had shipped, etc.

Anyway to make this thread a sticky to warn prospective buyers about him?
