Thinking about popping on an XJS. Using a infrared temperature sensor what should the following read at? And are A and B banks gonna be different.

Exhaust manifold, thermostat housing/hoses, heads, Valley of death

PS-temperature gauge is flat

 

Exhaust Manifolds should be pretty close together. No idea on actual temp number. Thermostat housing and hoses I'd say not above 200. Heads and VOD no idea. This advice is not specific to, or in my part gained from, an XJS.
