Default Can you identify this mystery part?

This was in the car when I bought it. I am not sure if it is even a car part.

Thanks,
Paul

So, I gather it may not be a part to my car after all?
Maybe its not the part that gives you 20 more horsepower.

Nope. NO horsepower in that thing.

Never seen one of them on or in a Jag.

Maybe it belongs to the Volvo?????.
