Default Check Engine light FF 45

Good day!

Should I be worried about this failure code? From what research I've done, it's one of those things that you might as well leave alone. Just came on during a long road trip at 80+ mph

True? Apparently this is a fairly common issue, related to oxygen sensor. Seems I recall this light came on once before and the Jag shop where we lived at the time said it wasn't worth messing with.

Thanks

Here is the info we got back-in-the-day.
I have performed this update/repair and sometimes 'it works'.
