Years ago there was an outfit selling the panel to install Ser III gauges; a number of owners did the conversion. Finding a Series III V12 tachometer isn't especially easy, especially in the USA....which might've prevented the conversion from becoming more popular.

In between the tach and speedo is a cluster of warning lights that cover most of the same functions as the XJS originals. Low coolant, bulb failure, fog lights, etc.
One exception I recall off hand is the lightening bolt "overcharge" warning light, which is not present on the Series III warning cluster
