convertible top manual operation
I am going to pickup my 1992 convertible which has been sitting for the last year in Baltimore, and drive it out to Seattle.
When I was last with the car, the convertible was sluggish opening. So I suspect low fluid level. But in case it is an electrical problem, I would live to be able to operate it manually.
I know there is supposed to be a manual/electric switch somewhere. Is it on the pump? How is the hood operated manually?
Cheers

And don't worry if it feels difficult! Its heavy and you're pushing fluid and pulling against the rams. Can feel quite awkward. Easiest done from inside the car and hold the middle of the hood front rail.
Remember the 8 second up delay on the window raise.
