Crank Sensor Plug And Socket Photo Wanted Please
The cable goes up the front of the engine, there is a cable clamp near the bottom rad hose. It is very hard to see with the fans in the car. You will need to look from underneath. I can not remember where the connector is but I suspect near the AC compressor
Hi Duke
Me neither!
But I'll find it, although the Wire from the VR Sensor does not look as if its been hit or damaged by the Alternator Belt when it broke up
Though having said that when it did break up, there were multiple strands like Spun Sugar wrapped around and in the Gap between the Crankshaft Pulley and the Engine, that when removed you could quite clearly see had really shined everything up
Not sure if that's significant or what?
Although the Snapping Alternator Belt has certainly cured any fears I've had of the Engine overheating! (And Flying!)
As if the Alternator Belt Snaps like it did on my Car, then it could really put your life in Danger
So if you ever get to see the Alternator Light come on, you need to get off the road as quick as you can and then remove that Broken Belt before it hits the VR Sensor and suddenly cuts the engine out without any warning!
