Dash interchange

I have the opportunity to purchase a dash from the local pick a part. The dash is a 90 and mine is an 89. will the 90 work in the 89 model?

As long as both are pre-facelift black dashes, they are identical.

They are both pre facelift, the donor is a Rouge edition. Are there any special parts to the Rouge addition that I might want to acquire?

Seats have special piping, gold badge, maybe centercaps on wheels....and maybe the shifter knob?
