Throttle disc ain’t going all the way back after refit
Hey forum, so last 2 months I was doing complete engine overhaul , spark plugs, wires , valve cover gaskets, water rail and etc etc, throttle stool was taken off as it is, as a whole unit, I didn’t disconnect throttle cable/tensioner. It was just hanging in the engine bay as it is, today i put everything back, car started pretty good, but at very high rpm(2k). I noticed that both throttle bodies ain’t closed fully at idle and figured out that my throttle disc is now 1/2 inch turned clockwise from initial position( yeah I was taking a lot of pics) . I can move this disc counter clockwise with quite an effort but it pulls the throttle cable and imidiately goes back. I didn’t touch it at all, seems like I’m missing some silly thing, but can’t figure it out. Ok I was moving that stool back and forth many times, so mb pulled in or out cable, but can’t see how it’s possible . I don’t want to reconfigure the cable, until I understand where did I screw things up
The rods that go from the capstan to the throttle bodies are adjustable. You'll want to disconnect them at both ends and set the throttle stops so that the butterfly valve has 0.002" of clearance. Then adjust the rod length on each side. Its a little fiddly, but not too bad.

I know, but why I’m agjusting smth that was perfectly working before. I want to understand what happened, so it won’t happen again
Are you sure the outer cable is correctly located at the firewall end. If that has popped out of it's location hole it will effectively shorten the inner cable.
You must look at the mechanism stage by stage. Disconnect the throttle cable and the capstan rods for a start and see if that makes a difference. Start with the throttle bodies/butterfly valves, ensure that they are closed, if not work back along the spindle/lever mechanism until you find the problem, loosening the clamps on the rods as needed. Something is jamming the system and you must just carefully find it.
If the act ual capstan is jamming, unbolt it and find out why.
In your pic I see the rods are already disconnected but the cable is in place. Remove the cable and see if anything changes. If no joy then you'll have to remove the pedestal assembly, as Greg says, to find the problem
Maybe the internal spring has broken and is jamming up?
Maybe the TPS is broken and is jamming up?
Maybe the shaft is sticking in the housing due to corrosion?
Maybe.....?
Thank you everyone for a help, i couldnt figure out why my cable became shorter by itself and was pulling disk more than it should. So i readjusted the cable where its getting attached to the throttle stool. Still not happy about that...
