Default Door Window Dilema

I just replaced the bezel around the window and convertible top switches, easy install, now the door windows do not work. Contacts are clean & tight. Connectors are locked in place. Is there another fuse besides the Thermal Breaker and if so, where does it hide?

Do not know where the secondary fuse is... Someone else will probably chime in on that. If you are willing to spend some time in removing the door panel... About 10 minutes if you are careful, you can disconnect the two wires to the motor and bench test with a 12V power source and if working, you can rule out the window motors. Therefore the problem is between the switch and the motor.... So, it is late and this is probably not very much help anyway..... both motors do not normally go out together. I would guess it's the switch. Perhaps they were not put back in correctly.. OH well, hell. I'm not much help this evening... sorry

Most likely you just popped the fuse. Have you checked them?

It would help if you told us the year of your car. Then one of us could post the wiring diagram to help you understand the circuit and diagnose the problem.

You can take a volt meter, with ignition on, and test for 12 volts DC on two outside female terminals (each switch has two pairs) of each window switch plug.
One will read +12 and the other side of plug should be -12 (or reverse)
I had to take a small round file and clean the inside of the connectors on the plug to get my
window to work.
