Default Eagle vs The Lion Heart which one would you choose and why?

Eagle Vs The Lion Heart Vs Jaguar XJS which one would you choose and why?

As for me if I Win The Lottery on Roll Over Week, I think I'll have all Three.

Financial Considerations aside, I would rather keep my XJS and certainly wouldn't be Trading her in so I could buy one of the other two, as I think I would miss that wonderful V12 Engine a bit too much.

As for the 'The Eagle Speedster' Vs 'The Lion Heart'

On balance I think that I would prefer the Eagle, being a Thoroughbred Sports Car but as I haven't seen 'The Lion Heart Growler'

There's always a chance I might just change my mind.

Video (1) The Lion Heart Growler

Video (2) The Eagle Speedster

But here's another little thought to conjure with.

If you are lucky enough to buy either one, where on earth are you going to keep it?

If you've got any Change left over, then you might want one of these.

Video (3) The Hidden Garage.

The Lionheart of course. Does the Eagle need an E type as a donor?

From what I understand the Eagle is built all by itself ( hand built ) though it is closely patterned after an orig. E. so no parts are taken off the orig.

Would be nice to have one of each but sad thing is had Jaguar got off their duff and actually built a Lionheart themselves the car might have been $150K or so instead of $ 500K.

All I know is that from the first time I saw a photo of the Lionheart I just could not get it out of my mind. It just looks right to me from all angles and that back end is just mesmerizing- Damn Jaguar you missed the mark on this one.

If I was holding out for a near unobtainium Jaguar it would be the C-X75.

Nah: a Speedster for the nostalgia of the real E-Type with the XK and wind in the hair, and a XJR-15 with the screaming of the V12 in a supercat

Excuse the pedantry but remember that the car is actually called the "Lyonheart K".

Presumably the brand name comes from an amalgam of "Lionheart" as in "Richard the..." to evoke the historical British heritage and "Lyons" as in Sir William Lyons, to evoke the link to the Jaguar E-Type.

The car is a derivation of the concept car that was built a few years ago. That was known as the "Vizualtech Growler E", a rather tortuous name that perhaps would not have sold as well.

A bit too futuristic for me, it doesn't look like a Jag, at least not one that I would like to own.

Yup! I also love the 'Speedster' but not more than I love my XJS.

Hi Paul

Thanks for that but whatever they eventually decide that they will call it, I think I'd rather keep my XJS.

But I've just put that Garage on my 'Wish List'
