Default ECU fuel adjustment

I've read Kirby's instructions, but one thing he didn't mention was which way to turn the lean/rich adjustment?
If you are looking down at the adjustment spindle (ECU out of car) which way is rich, which way is lean?

i posted this pic somewhere else, but repeat here!

just turn the knob ,lean or rich changes the complete fuel map, lot of fun using the AFR gage!

fuel mileage can get quite good, if you watch whats going on!!
