Default Ecu photo

Would someone be good enough to post or send me a picture of the ecu that fits in the passenger footwell area. Mine had been removed and left unfixed and I'm not sure how it fixes to the car. Many thanks in advance for any help

I assume you mean the Marelli ECU, It attaches to the metal kick panel with bolts and rubber grommets, the panel then fixes to the bottom of the A pillar I think there is a stud for the front mount and then screws for the rears.

Hi OB,

Two engine control units on our V12

Lucas fuel injection ecu (6cu, 16cu, 26cu, 36cu)
In right rear as you state.

Marelli ignition ecu (post 88) in footwell in car.

Sorry don't have in situ photos requested by original poster

Hi Paul_59

I remembered seeing the ECU in the Boot/Trunk of my Parts Car, which on reflection is a Lucas.

Cheers for reminding me that the Marelli is different.

Hi brinny

Not sure if these are of any use to you? They are from my facelift 1994 but think location wise it will be the same.
