I want to do a left side engine sensor rewire I have a coolant sensor an air temp sensor and a fuel rail temp sensor. all, 6, wires go into the same bunch of wires at the air cleaner end but only 4 come out at the top. What am I missing?
Inside the loom the 5 v reference is split out to the various sensors (yellow I seem to recall). The same loom feeds 5v to the TPS too, I also seem to remember.
I can see the air and water sensor wires on the schematic but there is no fuel rail sensor on the schematic I have. The fuel rail sensoris the one I want to where the wire go after entering the harness at the air cleaner end. Or is this
sensor pointless?
It is on the drawing for EFI and Emissions Control for vehicles up to VIN 133460 - shows as a coolant temp, air temp and fuel switch, the circuit passes through the fuel switch and looks like it is in series it is described as a switch anyhow - but this reads like you should have 5 ? - maybe it makes more sense in person - the round thing is the fuel switch - sorry forgot to lable it ...
