Exhaust System - Central Section
Hello,
I'm trying to locate a replacement for a 4.0 facelift car.
Is this part in fact the same as that used on the earlier 3.6 models?
Thanks

I found out the answer to this for anybody faced with the same question in the future.
NO. They are not the same.
The four litre facelift (certainly in the UK) has catalytic converters fitted between the ends of this section and the rear silencer boxes.
The 3.6 does not have cats and the section goes straight through to the rear silencers. This means the diameter of these centre sections is different between the two also.
