So I realized my Rochester valve went bad. Basically the vacuum didn’t have any effect on the operation of the valve, so I chucked it and replaced it with the AC Delco part.
I may have asked this before, and I could not find a picture that would answer this question, but I noted the charcoal canister had one port that was not connected to any hose. I couldn’t find any disconnected hoses in the area. Is the canister supposed to be that way?
