There's very little info for either of them. I'd have lots of questions.

Off the cuff the first one seems like a good price. The second one, not so much.

Agreed. I would have a lot of questions. The first one seems ok for the price. IMHO the second one is a 1500-2000 dollar car. Then you will end up spending a few thousand getting it the way you want.
