do they remake lenses for a 1992 xjs-seams like most should be broken just like mine. Parts for this year are hard to come by..

I agree, when mine were removed for the strip down and Paint Job last week, both lenses in the Fog Lamps were cracked.
I haven't heard of available replacement lenses.
I did not see a pair of factory lamps on E-Bay except a set by some obviously deranged person, asking over $1,800.00 for them.

I'm heading to a couple auto supply stores on the weekend to see what's out there for replacements.

 

I put these on mine, with clear covers Hella 450 Rectangular

They're pretty close to the originals, but with the clear covers instead of black they look a bit aftermarket. That's the trade-off for being able to use them without stopping the car and removing the covers.

 

I advertised one pair (2) of brand new Hella glass replacements for 70.00 dollars a while back and onl had one interested person after several days . I was really surprised since these are sold like they where solid gold now.

BTW, IMO, they crack from the insane heat from that H2 bulb 55w.
