I have a dim recollection that custom springs can be ordered. Dimensions, weight bearing, etc. Racers swap the around a lot.


Eaton Spring Company of Eaton, Illinois rings a bell, sorta. I think ,my son got new leaf springs there for his. 64 Chrysler 300K. Have I crossed up memories? Entirely possible.

Yo Vee! what wrong with shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond......I just picked up some nice flannel sheets there. Its cold up here.

Necromancer, mine sits the same way. Were your old springs sagging? Keep them or get them back.

I'm not sure what I'm gonna do yet. Cut? Torch, Lower the spring pan?

I'll meet ya in Dtown at 86 West and we can figure it out over a beer. Nice to hear someone else is this close.
