I know that I saw a post on this just a few month back but I just can't find it. Can someone please tell me how to unclog the gas cap drain.

On my pre-facelift, the drain goes down to the lower wing and exits there. It is joined by the boot gutter drain in a Y piece near the underneath of the buttress inside the boot. I blow them out with compressed air, putting a finger over the gutter drain hole, and vice versa.

It might be worth shoving a thin screwdriver up the drain under the lower wing from the outside, as sometimes that gets blocked with mud, etc. If the rubber drain tubes are perished, just replace them.
