Not hard. Two nuts secure the lower seat cushion and itblifts out. Two screws secure the seat back, and lifts out of tabs in the top. You may be able to get to the screws for the panel your removing without removing the package tray once the seat back is removed.

thanks to everyone for the help and advice. It turned out well overall. Went very slow over several days since I’d never worked on an interior before. Appreciate the help!
