The other day, I was unlocking the glove box on my 1990 XJS Convertible and the whole knob came off stuck to the key. I've included a pic of the parts which I found on the floor and in the lock hole after the fact.

I've monkeyed around with it a bit, but have not made any headway to reinstall.

Any advice would be most appreciated -
