Default harrison compressor

I have just had a new aircon compressor delivered and although the same make and model, it has a sump drain plug which mine never had,
will it fit ok with the drain plug poking out?

Memory now, HAHAHA.

I "think" you will have to rotate it 90deg to fit it in. The Jag brackets will be OK (memory again), but the "pad mount" pipes on the rear may not line up, sooooo, then the rear housing will need to rotate back to OE position. OR, the pipes rehashed a tad to get it all to line up???????

Now the memory becomes the nightmare, and is why I fitted the Sanden compact unit all those years ago.

Sorry if that is confusing, but that was 18 years ago, and the grey matter simply is not that sharp anymore, but I do remember messing with that drain spigot style on the HE, and simply gave up , returned the thing, and went that other way. On the plus side, it gave EASY access to the 2 #1 spark plugs, and was so much more efficient than that Black Monster.
