Hello,

I was wondering what i would need to do a distributor-less ignition conversion on the V12. What parts do i need exactly and technical schematics and install instructions. Also where to purchase a kit if available.

what are you hoping to gain by this modification?

 

Is your current system giving you problems (I know this isn't answering your question, but just curious)? I would guess your car has the Lucas CEI, which my '87 V12 does, and after some not-too-difficult maintenance it works great. The car can be an occasional maintenance "challenge", but the ignition system is straightforward and not all that difficult to maintain one you get it working right.

yeah that is really why I asked, I don't see any reason modifying the ignition system except for maybe racing purposes. whole lot of work with nothing to really gain
