im rubbish with electrical stuff so please bear with me. with the assistance of someone a lot smarter than me, the after market alarm and imobolizer was removed from my 89 v12 convertible. tempory wires were connected to the ignition and she fired up and ran as youd expect. all lights coming on and going off as normal bar the fuel light, which despite plenty of fuel stayed on. after fiddling with a new wiper stalk I realised the two wires which had been temporarilyattached to two white wires coming from the ignition had been dislodged. by trial and error I reconnected them and all the dash lights come on, but the car fails to start and you just here a click coming from where the centre console would be.the centre console and interior have been removed ready for some welding. any thoughts on this one lads? I cant get hold of the guy who hooked it up temporarily im afraid or I would. thanks for any assistance.
